Please join us in congratulating Slate Belt Regional Police Department's newest Sergeant, Jessica Muccione.  Sgt. Muccione began her career as an intern with SBRPD and joined the force as a patrol officer in January 2018.  Sgt. Muccione is a certified instructor for Field Sobriety Testing and a certified DRE (Drug Recognition Expert), who received the Top Gun award for the most DRE evaluations in the State of Pennsylvania last year.  Sgt. Muccione is currently an adjunct Professor for Lackawanna Community College and their affiliate, the Lackawanna Police Academy.  In her spare time, Sgt. Muccione earned her Phd in Criminal Justice.  SBRPD is indeed fortunate to have Sgt. Muccione within our ranks.  Congrats JESS!!
