UPDATE: Santander Bank Robbery ARRESTS made

The Palmer Township Police Department is proud to announce that two ARRESTS have been made in connection with yesterday's Santander Bank Robbery.

Santander Bank, located at 3120 William Penn Highway, Palmer Township, was robbed yesterday afternoon.

Thanks to aggressive investigative police work, both actors involved have been swiftly identified and arrested by the Palmer Township Police Department.

Defendant 1: Cleon Edwards                                               

Criminal Charges:  Robbery and associated offenses         

Bail:  $150,000.00                                                                 

Defendant 2:   Jalissa Cummings

Criminal Charges: Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Robbery and associated offenses.

Bail:  $25,000.00 

Cummings was taken into custody yesterday, following the Bank Robbery.

Edwards was taken into custody this afternoon, in the city of Easton, by the Easton Police Department based on the Palmer Township Police Arrest Warrant obtained for this Bank Robbery. 

Both defendants have been Arraigned and are currently incarcerated in Northampton County Prison.

As in every criminal case, both defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
