An 11 year old male EASD student reported that as he was walking home, along Walter Avenue, from his bus stop. 

An unknown male operating a tan / brown sedan displaying a blue and green decal of the word "GLITCH" on the driver’s side rear window, yelled “Do you want some candy?"

The boy ignored this male and continued to walk home.

This unknown male did NOT make any advances or further statements to the boy.

The boy described the male as a white male in his 20’s, had dark curly hair, thin build and was wearing a ball cap.
