On 23 December 2020 (Wed.), 1430 hours, Northampton County Prison notified the Palmer Township Police Department that Jacob Utess was being transported from Warren County Prison to Northampton County Prison by Northampton County Detectives that morning.

Jacob Utess was apprehended in Morris County, NJ on 9-2-2020 for shoplifting and was incarcerated in Morris County Prison.  He was later transferred to Warren County Prison and then to Northampton County Prison this date.

Arraignment

Jacob Utess was arraigned at 1707 hours.
