Fatimah Scruggs was charged stemming from a shooting incident that occurred back in December of 2020 in the 100 block of Willow Dr. The Northampton County Investigating Grand Jury heard the facts, circumstances, and witness testimony in the case. Based on the testimony and evidence presented the Grand Jury recommended Fatimah Scruggs be charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, and Discharge of a Firearm into an occupied Structure. Scruggs was arraigned on the charges on August 31, 2022 and a hearing date is set for October 11, 2022
