**ARRESTED** FUAD HABIB SCOTT**

On Thursday July 24, 2025 at 2:00 AM, while conducting a business check in the area of 3300 block of Fox Hill Rd, a Palmer Township Police Officer checked a vehicle parked in the parking lot, which was registered to the business. The Officer observed the interior light on and now located a male hiding inside vehicle. The Officer was able to identify the male, who is not the business or vehicle owner. The male was taken into custody without incident. The male was identified as Fuad Scott.

Further investigation confirmed Fuad Scott was the male suspect involved in a recent burglary. Fuad Scott was transported to the Palmer Township Police Department for processing. Fuad Scott was later arraigned by Magisterial District Justice Corpora, and committed to the Northampton County Prison on $20,000.00 bail straight.
