IMPORTANT INFORMATION From LOWER SAUCON POLICE - The "FELONY LANE GANG"
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM THE LOWER SAUCON TOWNSHIP POLICE DEPARTMENT
The “FELONY LANE GANG”
In recent months, there have been multiple vehicle break-ins at Polk Valley Park, specifically the dog park parking lot. After smashing vehicle windows, offenders steal purses and checkbooks. Stolen credit cards are then used fraudulently, checks are forged and cashed with stolen identification and disguises to match, typically in different jurisdictions and even out of state.
Attached below is an article from USA Today about the Felony Lane Gang. The gang members target recreational facilities, gym, daycare, and church parking areas.
It has recently been learned that gang members are researching dog parks as a place where they can also go to carry out their crimes.
This organized gang consists of over 1500 members and has branched out to other areas of the country after originating in Florida a decade ago.
Residents are reminded to always lock their vehicles, secure purses/valuables in their trunk, or better yet, leave them at home or take them with you when you exit your vehicle. Do not leave it unattended or unwatched.
Remember - If you see something Suspicious, say Something Immediately!
