Ramos was charged with 2 counts of Summary Retail Theft for taking possession of two cans of wine valued at $3.99 and $6.99 on June 8, 2022 at 1640hrs and July 22, 2022 at 1052hrs from the Wine and Spirits Store located at 1848 Leithsville Road Hellertown, Pa 18055. Ms. Ramos was identified using surveillance and a registration of a vehicle that she was driving.
