On Friday, September 19, 2025, at approx. 1113hrs, police responded to Saucon Valley Middle School regarding an assault report.

Following an investigation, it was determined that a 14-year-old male juvenile shoved another student. When a teacher intervened, the juvenile shoved the teacher multiple times.

As a result, police filed a juvenile petition with Northampton County Juvenile Probation, charging the 14-year-old male from Lower Saucon with Simple Assault and Harassment.

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
