The Lower Saucon Township Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating 81-year-old Donald Soltysiak, who is considered to be at special risk of harm or injury, or may be confused.

Soltysiak is described as 5'10" tall, weighing 165 lbs., with gray hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue veterans baseball hat, eyeglasses, a white and green Michigan State golf shirt, and shorts.

He was operating a black 2023 Subaru Legacy with Pennsylvania registration LZR4576. Soltysiak was last seen in the area of Hilltown Pike and Line Lexington Road, Hilltown Township, Bucks County, on August 19, 2025, at 4:15 am.
