On Friday, August 8, 2025, at approximately 0659 hours, officers responded to the 2700 block of Wassergass Road for a report of damage to the exterior of a home.

Upon investigation, it was determined that a male, identified as David Sobol, had been shooting a pellet gun, and the pellets struck the home, causing a hole and other damage. Mr. Sobol had previously been warned by police regarding this behavior. Criminal Mischief (M3) charges were filed against Mr. Sobol at District Court 03-2-04.

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
