On 09 January 2025 (Thurs) at approximately 2:37 PM, Palmer Township Police were monitoring traffic at the intersection of Nazareth Rd / Northampton St. Palmer Officers conducted a vehicle stop on a red 2000 Dodge pickup truck with a Pennsylvania registration, for summary motor vehicle violations.

Officers made contact with the male operator, who was identified as Roy Theodore Haring Jr. During the time of the vehicle stop, his driver's license was currently suspended. Further investigation led to Officers locating small clear plastic bags, with suspected methamphetamine and a straw with suspected methamphetamine residue inside it, under the driver's seat.  

Further test on the suspected drugs / paraphernalia, confirmed a positive result for methamphetamine. 

On 25 February 2025 (Tues) The Palmer Township Police Department obtained an arrest warrant for Roy Theodore Haring Jr, issued by Magistrate Susan Hutnik (03-2-09).
