SURV Restaurant in Forks Township holds a monthly curbside charity event to benefit local organizations. This month, SURV has selected Forks Township Police Department's community programs to support for this fundraiser. The details for the fundraiser are below:

This month SURV Restaurant is partnering with the Forks Township Police Association to help support their community projects. Join us in supporting this valuable organization by purchasing a Family of Four meal for $60 with $30 of that going back to the Association. This month's meal is Chef Tim's Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans served with a Caesar Salad. Deadline to order the meal is Saturday, October 22.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
1. Tell your employees, volunteers, friends and family to call SURV Restaurant at 484-544-0624.
2. Tell them you are ordering Curbside for the Forks Police Association.
3. Choose your date and time for food pickup: October 24th, 25th, or 26th from 4-6pm.
4. Give a credit card over the phone to hold your curbside reservation.
5. When you arrive, pull curbside by SURV Restaurant at 1800 Sullivan Trail Road Easton (park side) and call 484-544-0624 to tell them that you have arrived.
6. The SURV staff will charge your credit card and deliver your food and credit card statement out to you. You never have to leave your car!
7. Eat and enjoy!
