On July 16, 2025, at 2:31 pm, Forks Township Police Department responded to Weis Markets, located at 3825 Sullivan Trail, for a retail theft report. Loss Prevention reported having a female in custody for retail theft. Upon arrival, officers made contact with Loss Prevention and the female, identified as Heather Stoudt. Loss Prevention stated Stoudt had been under investigation for multiple thefts over the course of more than a month. The total loss to Weis Markets was $797.52 for 13 separate incidents. Stoudt was charged by criminal complaint with (1 count) Retail Theft (M1) and (1 count) Receiving Stolen Property (M1).
