On May 19, 2025, at 10:51 pm, a Forks Township police officer conducted a traffic stop in the area of North Delaware Drive and Frost Hollow Road. The officer came into contact with the defendant, Daniel Spencer, who was retrieving the vehicle for the unlicensed driver involved with the traffic stop. A check of Spencer's driver's license determined their was an active warrant for his arrest out of Warren County Department of Corrections in New Jersey. Spencer was taken into custody and later transported to Northampton County Prison.
