On September 18, 2025, at approximately 1:53 am, a Forks Township Police officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop in the area of Uhler Road and Bushkill Drive. The vehicle accelerated at a high rate of speed on Bushkill Drive in an attempt to elude the officer. The officer attempted to catch up to the vehicle and located it in a wooded area with severe damage. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Noah Johnson. While speaking with Johnson, the officer observed his eyes to be glassy and bloodshot, slurred speech, and an odor of alcoholic beverage. Johnson was unable to participate in Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. A search warrant was obtained for Johnson's medical records. As a result of the incident, Johnson was charged with (1 count) Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police Officer (F3), (1 count) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol - High Rate (M), (1 count) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol - General Impairment (M), (1 count) Possession of Marijuana (M), (1 count) Driving Vehicle at Safe Speed (S), (1 count) Careless Driving (S), and (1 count) Reckless Driving (S).
