On August 11, 2025, at approximately 3:25 am, Forks Township Police responded to the 200 block of Uhler Road for a report of a disabled vehicle stuck in a ditch. Upon arrival, officers observed a vehicle stuck in a ditch with its front driver's side tire missing. The driver of the vehicle was positively identified as Nicole Fulvi, who was still seated inside the vehicle. While speaking with Fulvi, officers detected a strong odor of alcoholic beverage emanating from her breath. Officers noted that Fulvi also had slurred speech and was unsteady on her feet.
Fulvi agreed to participate in Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and, as a result of the tests, she was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence. Fulvi was transported to a Northampton County DUI Center for a legal blood draw, which later indicated Fulvi's BAC was 0.199%. Fulvi was charged by criminal complaint with (1 count) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol - General Impairment (M) and (1 count) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol - Highest Rate (M).
