The Bushkill Township Police Department is pleased to announce the addition of a new K9 handler and K9 to our department. This new team will enhance our law enforcement capabilities and provide an additional resource to keep our community safe.
The new K9 handler, Officer Casey Snyder, has undergone extensive training and has been paired with a highly skilled K9 partner. The K9, Sniper, is a Belgium Malinois trained in narcotics detection, tracking and article search, and patrol work.
This new team will work together to assist in a variety of law enforcement tasks, including searches, patrols, and community outreach. The K9 team will also participate in training exercises with other local law enforcement agencies to ensure they are prepared to respond to a wide range of situations.
We are excited to welcome this new team to our department and look forward to the positive impact they will have on our community. If you see the K9 team out in the community, please don't hesitate to say hello!
Remember, the Bushkill Township Police Department is committed to providing the highest level of service to our community. The addition of this new K9 team is just one example of our ongoing efforts to enhance public safety and build stronger relationships with the people we serve.
