On December 19, 2024, officers were informed by an individual that the residents of 128 S 3rd St were involved with the manufacturing and distribution of cannabis plants and products.  Officers conducted an investigation and applied for a search warrant for the residence which was subsequently granted.  Upon conducting the search of the residence that same day, officers located numerous freshly harvested cannabis plants, tents, growing lights, cannabis seeds, freshly harvested marijuana, psilocybin mushrooms, a firearm, and numerous items of paraphernalia.  Megan Jacobus, who was on scene, was taken into custody and a warrant was obtained for Robert Mosner, who turned himself in several days later.
