Tatamy Bike Day: Promoting Safety and Fun for All!
The Tatamy Borough Police Department is excited to announce the upcoming Tatamy Bike Day, an event designed to promote bicycle safety and community engagement. The event will offer free helmets, (while supplies last), bicycle safety checks and you will be able to practice on a skills course.
On Tuesday June 24th, from 0900 to 1100, at the Hope Lutheran Church located at 240 South 8th Street in the Borough of Tatamy, members of CAT (Coalition for Appropriate Transportation) will be available to provide safety tips, conduct bike inspections, and offer guidance on proper cycling etiquette. We encourage all participants to wear helmets and follow traffic laws to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
This is a wonderful opportunity to meet your neighbors, make new friends, and learn more about the importance of bicycle safety in our community.
We invite you to join us for this fantastic event and help make Tatamy a safer and more enjoyable place to live. Mark your calendars for Tatamy Bike Day and get ready to pedal your way to fun!
For more information, please contact the Tatamy Borough Police Department at 610-252-2260 or ksnyder@tatamypa.gov. We look forward to seeing you there!
Remember, safety always comes first. Let's ride safely and responsibly!
