On Thursday, May 5, 2022 at approx. 8:14A.M., Slate Belt Regional Police Officers were dispatched to the area of the Green and White Athletic Fields in the Borough of Pen Argyl for a "welfare check." Upon arrival, Slate Belt Regional Police Officers located the described female that was provided to Police. The female was known to Officers as Crystal D. VANLOAN. C. VANLOAN appeared under the influence of a controlled substance and was taken into custody. C. VANLOAN was in possession of a silver spoon with residue on it and a syringe with liquid substance inside of it. Charges were filed.
While in custody, a detainer was issued by the Northampton County Adult Probation for C. VANLOAN. C. VANLOAN was transported to the Northampton County Prison, where she was lodged.
