On Wednesday, June 14, 2022 at 11:59P.M., Slate Belt Regional Police Officers were dispatched to 204 Stephen Jackson Rd in the Borough of Pen Argyl for a "domestic in progress." The involved male was identified as Joseph E. SCHIAVONE and had left the residence on foot. Slate Belt Regional Police Officers had prior knowledge that J. SCHIAVONE had an active bench warrant out of the Northampton County Sheriff's Department for failure to appear for court. Slate Belt Regional Police Officers and an Officer from the Bangor Borough Police Department observed J. SCHIAVONE in the 400 Blk of W. Main St. J. SCHIAVONE was taken into custody and transported to the Northampton County Prison, where he was lodged.
