On January 24, 2021 a traffic stop was conducted in the 900blk of S. Broadway in Wind Gap Borough after traffic violations were observed by an Officer. The traffic stop led to the Officer discovering the driver, Timothy Lukanowski, had been operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Lukanowski was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. Lukanowski was transported to the DUI Center for a legal blood draw, which he agreed to submit. Based on the blood results, charges were filed.
