On Friday, January 1, 2021, Officers were dispatched to the Reagle Dodge (car dealership) for a motor vehicle accident. An Officer identified the driver of the vehicle as James A. Hochella. In plain view, drug paraphernalia was observed. A warrant was obtained for J. Hochella's blood to be tested. Based on the blood results, Charges were filed.
