On Thursday, March 4, 2021, an Officer checked on a vehicle's registration as the vehicle was being driven by an unknown operator. The Officer discovered the registration was expired and conducted a traffic stop. The Officer made contact with the operator, identified as Kurt G. Gesualdi, who had a suspended license. The Officer obtained consent to search the vehicle from K. Gesualdi. During search of the vehicle, Officers located drug paraphernalia which had been placed in a soda cup, attempting to conceal or destroyed the evidence. Charges were filed.
