On Saturday, May 28, 2022 at 6:59A.M., Slate Belt Regional Police Officers were dispatched to 577 Horseshoe Dr in Plainfield Township in reference to a "criminal mischief report." Upon arrival, Slate Belt Regional Police Officers made contact with an (adult) female, who related that her ex-boyfriend, identified as Sylvan L. CRUICKSHANK had showed up at her residence on Friday, May 27, 2022 at approx. 2200hrs upset with the female, but eventually left the residence.
On Saturday, May 28, 2022, S. CRUICKSHANK returned to the female's residence earlier in the morning and was observed vandalizing the female's property using silver metallic paint. S. CRUICKSHANK was contacted by a Slate Belt Regional Police Officer and directed to cease all communication with the female, however he (S. CRUICKSHANK) continued to contact the female after being directed to cease all communication with her. Based on the above information, charges were filed.
