Can you Identify

Officers responded to the unit block Leeman St. overnight, for a report that a male who tried to enter the caller’s vehicle, said male then fled on foot towards Freemansburg Ave.

The homeowners were sleeping when their dog began barking and woke them up.  The homeowners  looked at their outside cameras and observed what appeared to be a black male with dread locks, flatback hat on sideways, wearing a light colored sweatshirt and jeans exit their yard and walk up to their vehicle parked in the driveway to the rear of the residence.

Suspect male walked up to the driver side door and tried the door handle, the door was locked, the male did not gain entry into the vehicle.

The male then walked up the north side of the residence and across Leeman St., travelling north.

Another neighbor’s motion lights activated and the male then began to run towards Freemansburg Ave.

Officers checked the area but were unable to locate anyone on foot.
