In the month of April of 2023, this male signed a contact stating he will remodel the victims kitchen within 31 days, the victim gave an advance $8,000 that would go toward supplies needed for the remodel. After not starting the remodel after several months, and this male having minimal contact with the victim, the victim wanted their money back. Since asking for their advance payment back, the victim has not been able to make contact with this male. The Nazareth Borough Police Department has an active arrest warrant for this male
