On January 1, 2025, at approximately 0234 hours, an officer observed a motor vehicle violation and conducted a traffic stop. While speaking with this male, the officer observed signs of alcohol impairment. At the conclusion of the DUI investigation, this male was taken into custody. A legal blood draw was conducted, after receiving the blood results, this male was charged with DUI, alcohol offenses relating to minors, and summary traffic violations.
