On September 5, 2025, at approximately 4:28 am, Nazareth Police received a report of a suspicious box truck seen collecting used cooking oil from local restaurants in the area.  Officers located the vehicle behind 550 South Main Street. With assistance from Colonial Regional Police and Upper Nazareth Police, a thorough investigation was conducted.  The investigation revealed approximately 600 gallons of stolen used cooking oil in the trucks rear compartment.  The suspects were apprehended, charged, and subsequently taken to Northampton County Prison.
