On September 29th, 2024, at approximately 1755 hours, an officer observed a motor vehicle violation and conducted a traffic stop. While speaking with this male, the officer observed signs of alcohol intoxication. At the conclusion of the DUI investigation, this mal was taken into custody for operation a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. A legal blood draw was conducted, after receiving the blood results, this male was charged for the offense.
