On December 7th, 2023, at approximately 1408 hours, officers were dispatched to Fine Wine & Good Spirits located at 34 S. Broad Street for a theft in progress. After arriving, officers located this female who was observed by multiple witnesses taking a bottle of Jim Beam off the shelf and leaving the store without paying for the item. This female was charged for the theft.
