On March 16th, 2024, at approximately 2330 hours, an officer observed a motor vehicle violation and conducted a traffic stop. While speaking with the driver, the officer observed the odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the interior of the vehicle and the driver. During the investigation, the officer located two opened alcoholic beverage containers within the vehicle. The officer also gathered information from this female passenger that she bought the alcoholic beverages for herself and the 19-year-old driver. This female was charged for the offenses.
