Lower Saucon Police currently has an arrest warrant for Paul Hancharik Jr. Police answered a stray dog call in the 3800blk of Beeline Drive in August. Through investigation and assistance from Pennridge Regional Police the Lower Saucon Police Department filed charges at District Court 03-2-04.
