Police received a report of a vehicle traveling north on Leithsville Rd weaving all over the roadway. Additional calls reported the vehicle had turned into the Giant shopping center. As police arrived and pulled up to the vehicle which had no front bumper, the vehicle drove off and turned left onto Leithsville Rd. The vehicle was then stopped on Polk Valley Rd at Leithsville Rd. The driver was identified as Todd Andrew Wallin. Mr. Wallin failed field sobriety tests and was taken to the Northampton County DUI Center for further processing. Mr. Wallin's BAC was .27%.
