Police investigated thefts from two vehicles that were parked in the Giant Food Store parking lot overnight January 11, 2023. Police were able to view surveillance footage and obtained an image of a suspect vehicle. Through investigation the suspect was identified as Chester Vaxter III.
Police filed a criminal complaint charging Mr. Vaxter with 2cts Theft from a Motor Vehicle and 2cts Receiving Stolen Property.
