Police investigated a single vehicle crash in the 3500blk of Rte#378 on Saturday March 19, 2022 at approx. 1856hrs. During the course of the investigation the operator of the vehicle, Ryan John Mosher age 34, failed field coordination exercises and was taken into custody on suspicion of DUI.
Mr. Mosher refused a blood test at the hospital and was transported back to headquarters. While at headquarters Mr. Mosher activated the emergency alarm in the police cell block for no legitimate purpose and later refused to have blood drawn again after a search warrant for his blood was obtained.
Mr. Mosher was charged with DUI (General Impairment), Obstructing Administration of Law or Other Governmental Function, Tampering With or Fabricating Physical Evidence, False Alarms to Agency of Public Safety and two traffic violations.
