Police were dispatched to the area of the trailhead on Reading Drive for a report of 4 people possibly smoking marijuana on the rail trail. Upon police arrival they located 4 people at the trailhead. Police detected an odor of burnt marijuana from a vehicle belonging to one of the people identified as Jeremiah Kemler. Police obtained consent to search the vehicle and upon doing so a marijuana cigar was located inside a cigar pack that was lying on the dashboard of the vehicle.
