Police were investigating a report of a vehicle into a snow bank in the area of Bingen Rd & Quartermile Rd. On arrival they observed a vehicle traveling on Bingen Rd with snow on the front end of the vehicle. Police stopped the vehicle on Mountain Drive to investigate and while speaking with the driver identified as Vincenzo Vito Giannetto he had an odor of alcoholic beverage on his breath. Mr. Giannetto failed field-coordination exercises and was transported to the Northampton County DUI Center for further processing. Mr. Giannetto's BAC was .16%.
