On November 14, 2022, at 1330 hours, officers responded to Weis Market, located at 3825 Sullivan Trail, for a retail theft. The retail crime investigator for Weis Market reported that a female suspect had stolen items from the store on two separate occasions. The suspect used her Weis Market club card during the transactions where several items were not scanned for purchase. The suspect was identified as April Todd-Gannon. Todd-Gannon was charged by criminal complaint with (1 count) Retail Theft (M1).
