On December 18, 2023, at 1715 hours, officers responded to the Forks Township Community Center for a theft from vehicle report. The victim reported an unidentified person shattered one of their vehicle's windows and stole a bag contained within. Additionally, a victim whose vehicle was parked in the lot at 1700 Sullivan Trail (Park Plaza) reported their vehicle also had a bag stolen from within and a smashed window. Both incidents occurred on the same date and believed to have been perpetrated by the same suspect. In the attached image, the suspect and suspect's vehicle are circled.
