On January 1, 2023, at approximately 1938 hours, officers responded to the 1800 block of Treeline Drive for a report of suspicious activity. The caller reported that they observed a male suspect entering into vehicles, before fleeing on foot towards Frost Hollow Road. While officers were responding to the area, a male suspect matching the description provided by the caller, was observed walking west in the 300 block of Frost Hollow Road. Officers made contact with the male, positively identified as Christopher Noel, who was previously known to police, and inquired about what occurred that night. After further investigation, Noel was taken into custody and a search of his person revealed items that were removed from vehicles on Treeline Drive. Noel was charged by criminal complaint with (1 count) Theft from a Motor Vehicle (M3), (1 count) Receiving Stolen Property (M3), and (1 count) Loitering and Prowling at Night Time (M3).
